Yeah, I fixed the problem. Norton 360 is shit as per usual. Thanks for the advice guys :D

My windows 8.1 pc has started blocking all my apps from using the internet. It blocked steam at first, snd now it's gone and blocked almost everything from accessing the network. I don't know what to do to fix it. I've tried allowing the apps through the firewall, but that's not working. Even my anti virus, Norton, has been blocked. Help!

Are you sure it's not a hardware problem with your network connection. Does it fail to work with both a wired and a wireless connection?

 

Also, update your motherboard/network drivers.

Is the Norton firewall also active?
