Yes you can move the switch. The letter is assigned to a spot on the PCB, the switch just bridges the electrical connection.

 

You can buy new switches fairly cheep for packs of 10:

Hello! I have a switch on my keyboard that is not working as it should, could I grab the switch from another key and just replace the bad one or are they assigned to different letters and such?
