Nvidia Steram missing?

I used to be able to see this feature but now i can't what could be causing it?

Game im using: Paladins

i have shield feature enabled and the game is detected bydfeforce experiance, I also have Eperiemntal feature enabled.

And the latest geforce drivers

they removed it i think. im connected to my nvidia shield and i don't see it either.
