It depends on what games you play and at what resolution. At 1080p, it's a noticeable bottleneck. At 1440p? Not that important really.

Hi,

 

I'm still rocking a 3770k OC'd to 4.4Ghz with 32gb of RAM on an Asrock z77. My graphics card is a 1080ti. I'm really thinking about the new ryzen 3rd gen but may just get a bigger SSD and re-image my machine. Do you guys think the 3770k is a bottleneck to the 1080ti at more then just a few FPS loss?
