Building my first PC for around $700, I'm looking for changes to this build i made. Any recommendations on changes that are needed will be helpful.
PC will be used for gaming and light programming. Also note this build doesn't have a graphics card but i will end up buying one in 2-4 months, when i get the money for it.
Also parts must be available in Australia.

Thanks for this.
When looking at this on PCPartPicker, there's a compatibility issue about the bios, "Warning! Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Zen CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions."
Will this be a problem?

Also thanks for the OEM windows key, i will save that $50 for a graphics card later on.

Then don't use US Pcpartpicker, the prices are nowhere near as everything is more expensive in Australia.

You just need a BIOS update, usually if you buy it off the shelves, they should already be updated.

Else, you can get a loaner CPU from AMD to update the bios.
