Motherboard Boot Screen has a graphics error

My bios and starting boot screen for the motherboard is all messed up. I assume this is a motherboard problem and that I should return it asap? Everything works fine once it boots into windows. These graphics errors are only in the bios and boot screens.

That is your VRAM, RMA ASAP!  Monitors don't go rainbow on you...
