On schooldays, I go on the school bus and it is really noisy. I would like IEMs that block out noise fairly well and does not move much, especially on a car going on bumpy roads.

 

Edit: Something that is relatively flat and not too bassy or treble-ish would be nice too.

These fit pretty snugly into that price range I'll grant, but I've been using them for a year and I really like them. You get three sizes of eartips with several spares, the build quality is great, flat cables are a godsent for untangling cables and the sound quality is detailed with a pretty tight bass response, not boomy at all but not underpowered. Noise isolation is good if you use the tips that fits you best.

 

If you get these be sure to burn them in for a while before judging the sound quality, I noticed a big improvement over 24 hours
