rx580 4g usage problems

when i play gta v my gpu usage skip 0-100 when usage drop fps drop a lot same time

cpu 2500k

16gb ram

driver is latest ,reinstall windows 1903

any  solution

If your FPS isn't swinging up and down the same I'd call it the common AMD GPU USAGE BUG.

 

Does FPS drop a LOT when it happens or do the FPS values hardly change either?

when usage drop fps drop a lot

or is cpu bottleneck
