Graphics settings and cpu utilization

With all the normal settings game have, shaders, anti aliasing and stuff like that do any of them tax the cpu more than others?

Not in and FPS way in general, just simply utilization. Used to have a bit of head room but seems to be getting worse everyday.

Playing a few hours yesterday, was quite bothersome. Had to set the render resolution to 120% and lower gpu power to 90% hoping that would help a bit.

The game is Black Ops 4 at 1080p. Did the YouTube fixes for making it run better months ago.
