Utechsmart venus mouse Mods HELP

Hi, I got this mouse and its nice I like the size but its a touch heavy (150g) I wondered are there any mods that would help reduce the weight?

I have access to a 3d printer but not the skills to design a new case so if one already made exists that would be awesome.
