what can i do since my mac book pro keep geting hot and  kernal  cpu go hight up for no reason it is a late 2013

and slow us down 3 people use it it our main laptop no mony for a new one and newmac  have the same issue dad woint get a pc latop  he doint like window or linuz  would never  do
