Just setup a new Topping D30 DAC... Official drivers don't work, but plug n' play does?

ProtoflareX

When I first turned my new D30 on, Windows seemed to install drivers for it automatically, and it worked fine after that. However, I then installed the official drivers from their website, which caused the D30 to stop functioning. It wouldn't work again until I uninstalled the official drivers and had Windows automatically reinstall the original drivers. Is this a problem? This is my first desktop DAC, so I know nothing about this kind of thing. Is my new DAC's quality compromised by not using the official drivers?
