I just started my pc like every day and all of the sudden it first was fast (i have ssd 500gb)

and then it went really slow like unusable untill it froze completely. I restarted my pc and it happened again. I tried a few times and either this blue screen came or it just froze. I closed some processes and did updates and did what the yt vid said:

My disk usage was good again but when i opened epic launcher it went up high and fortnite always crashed. I verified the installation and it reinstalled the game. while doing so, the blue screen came back again. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Also the % count doesnt go up from 0% so i think its frozen.

I think its something with my ssd or memory i dunno. On the day before everything went great as usual.

*i also ran windows defender for viruses

ssd or memory

Use MemTest86+ to test RAM.

The use something like SSDLife Pro to test SSD, or find the maker of your SSD and use their tools to test it.

Report back your findings

it says my ssd doesnt give out much information but it is healthy, and i wasnt able to download ram test

*now i did it it says 0 errors 5% coverage as i stopped. it seems like thats fine too. (If i do nothing my pc is chillin but if i leave it it will either freeze or blue screen. i am trying download anyways)

Might be important: if i in task manager go to processes it shows 25%[50%] but if i go performance it shows double. so if its 50% on processes its actually 100%

the second picture with the spikes is because of a download but shouldnt be 100%

also when i boot up it often says disk getting repaired and stuff and now it repaires and does stay in the "blue mode" where it says it cant boot and then F:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

i fixed this with chkdsk /f /r : D (circa)

but now it says inaccesible boot device. And when I said Memory i meant the disk prolly had a problem

Got a spare system you can get some files from? Or a friend with a spare system?

Status update: My pc was very wierd, i tried to do a full restart and it said:"no boot media recognized, please put it in and reboot your pc" i did that and it worked untill i couldnt choose any drive to download windows on and i could wipe my drives because it said "no boot media recognized, please put it in and reboot your pc" again. So it said the drives where formated wrong so i googled and tried again from bios to boot into the usb stick. It worked but then it said:"are you sure all data is complete" or smn like that so i restared the pc again. Unfortunatly, i now could not boot onto my main drive (C:) anymore where windows was installed originally. So i cant do anything because i have no bootable drives cause nothing works. My plan was to buy a sata to usb cable to connect my C drive to my laptop (other device) abd wipe it there (all other drives already wiped) because my pc used the drive so it couldnt wipe. Then i want to install windows on a new usb stick again and install windows on the wiped C drive. Please tell me if the plan is good

Oh man this went south

Let's get back to basics, since you have another system, download and install to USB, a copy of Memtest86+ and run that on your system. I still think you have bad RAM.

Post a screenshot of the end result.

Didn't you say you had a laptop?

MemTest isn't a windows program, it runs from a bootable USB or DVD drive. It talks straight to the metal of the system

My problem system is the desktop but i have a working laptop. Can you give me instructions on how to use memtest? Also i hav an update: After 4 days i finally got my installation of windows to work and it booted up. But then the problem i came here in the first place (disk usage 100%, freeze) appeared again. I turnt off my pc. As i turned it on again today, in directly booted into the bios. First boot option was: 'Windows boot manager, SanDisk SSD 480gb'. I booted to windows and it went into disk repair mode so not even into windows. It repaired my disk 2% then froze. I connected the ssd to my laptop and ran Crystaldiskinfo, it said good, 100% healthy. Next i want to run memtest and if that doesnt solve my problem i will prolly go to the pc doctor.

https://www.memtest.org/

Download ISO, use Rufus to make a USB stick bootable with it.

Insert Bootable USB stick into desktop, turn on and ensure the system boots from the USB stick. It should autorun from there.

memtest? for about 2 hours 30 until it was finished

I'd run it overnight, multiple passes to ensure it's not the RAM. If that shows no errors, then it's likely a bad board

it did 4 passes and my board is quite new so i dont think thats it. I also cant open my settings. I ran sfc /scannow and it said it found damaged data wich partly could not be repaired. example: C:/windows/logs/cbs/cbs.log

thats basically my problem too:

New Update: It wasnt fixed but i could play games, soni did. Now there is an update, my drive is beeing used and it goes to 100 percent again pc freeze and blue screen. Also did a benchmark. I think my ssd is not working properly /its not healthy but test says otherwise. It just feels like the ssd is broken. I used crystaldisk but it said healthy( and it said the ssd doesnt give out enough information)
