Here is a pretty solid tutorial on how to do it: 

 

This 1000% Unistalls the display driver. You then can do a clean install

I can’t update the bios first. I have no internet to do so. I am in safe mode.

Yeh, you have to download the bios file with a different machine and put it on a USB key, as described in the video

 

But first try to do DDU (wich you also will have to download with a different PC)

Why can’t I just do the Su with my current bios?

You can do that! DDU now and see if it works. When it doesn't also upgrade your BIOS

 

But in general a Up to date Bios is always recommended!

Should I put my gpu back in and remove GeForce experience with it?

Did you now DDU the PC (in save mode and without the GPU in it)?

First reboot to normal desktop without the GPU

TO make sure the error ist not connected to something else

perfect! Then reinstall GPU and try to get on the desktop, download latest drivers and install them

GPU! But mono will also not hurt
