Here is a pretty solid tutorial on how to do it:

This 1000% Unistalls the display driver. You then can do a clean install

NICE! Happy to hear that!

Tip: Anyway update your BIOS and Mobodrivers!

Wait.. it fixed the black screens, but now my games keep crashing and the stuttering is still here. I am so sorry.

Yes, but I even checked the gpu on device manager and it said everything is working properly. When I opened Fortnite, I normally run 200-400 FPS, but now it dropped to 90 and crashed 2 times.

So, did you update BIOS?

Yes I did. When I first start the game, it is at like 20 FPS at low settings.(this is normally where it crashes). And then if I make it into the game it bumps the FPS up a little(90 ish FPS) and the pc stutters a lot. Then it goes back up to 100-200 but has downward spikes if I do anything. It is unplayable.

I just think it’s strange how I didn’t even touch the gpu. I put the cpu cooler on and then plugged my power supply power cable back in and then all this started happening. Could this be cpu related? If so I think I might have pushed on the cpu a bit too hard when cleaning the cpu paste off of it.

This should not be cpu related

you can test: Downloads Prime95 and let it run for a few hours. When it doesn’t crash your CPU is fine

So I got the new gpu, a rtx 2060, and now I can run Fortnite at like 200 FPS. The only downside is that it still crashes when I open it sometimes. Also, I lag sometimes due to a quick loss in frames. After this, it goes back to normal. Any ideas? I just really want to fix this.

Sorry for my late answer, wasn't online for some days due to much work.

But ok, so 200FPS sounds alright. Does only the game crash or the whole PC?

No more crashing. Just the FPS drops which cause me to lag.
