can someone help me build my first pc?

im looking to build my first pc for around $1000. unfortunately, because it is my first computer in general, that means the monitor and peripherals need to be included in that price. i have a few ideas, but im getting impressions from people that what i have wont allow me to play destiny 2, which is my main goal with this rig. if someone is able to give me an idea with what i should change or if overclocking should get the job done, that would be great.
