Make sure you are on v1.5 and Check your time :P

Open date and time> Internet Time> and Sync with like some other server than windows time server.

If setting your time to internet time doesn't work, try deleting blkindex and blk0001 (NOT WALLET.DAT) in this directory C:\Users\[Your user name]\AppData\Roaming\DogeCoin after having closed the application and relaunch it afterwards.

 

Note : you'll need to redownload any synching you've already done.
