I will be gaming ( Mainly CS:GO, not anything more than that, possibly a little minecraft) and streaming (CS:GO). Il be doing a lot of streaming, but only with cs go. Then why are you spending so much? You certainly don't need a Core i7 4770k, or 16GB of RAM. You said you are doing very light gaming and that seemed to be your main purpose. It could easily be fulfilled by a rig that costs half this. 

 

If you main concern is streaming, realistically you should be spending that money on getting a

1) High speed connection

2) Router with gigabit ports

3) Get a nic that prioritizes packets such as on the

I would suggest the NZXT Kraken X60 98.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler in place of the H105. It's quieter and does a better cooling job. The power supply is on the large side. I would suggest something a little smaller. Perhaps SeaSonic SSR-650RM or XFX P1-650B-BEFX.
