Hi everyone,

I own a hp laptop, the exact model is hp pavilion 14-ab109la (energy star), for upgrade, I put a new ssd on it and install an new copy of windows 10, but after the installation, the laptop stooped to recognize USB 2.0 devices like mouse or pendrive, weirdly USB 3.0 devices works fine. Checking the device manager, I find out that the USB Root Hub for 2.0 is not showing up. So far i had try:

-Change USB 2.0 devices.

-Reinstall Windows.

-Uninstall all the USB controller in device manager and restart.

-Install and update all the driver from HP website and update the BIOS.

-Disable fastboot.

-Look for USB option in the BIOS.

but nothing works and since I wiped the hdd during the first windows installation, i don't have the previous windows backup.

I don't know that else to do and if someone could help,  I would appreciate it.

I list also the result of the dxdiag scan if it helps

I reinstalled windows and installed the Intel SerialIO first but it didn't solved the problem. I noticed after the driver is installed, a new USB driver appeared on the device manager, but as soon as I plug or unplug a USB or restart the laptop, the driver disappear.  I also tried to include the SerialIO driver in the windows installation USB but it didn't help either.
