dead/stuck pixel gone?

CaptainSalty

not really much to say just curious how and why this happens. recently bought a new monitor and was disappointed when i saw a blue pixel on the right side of the panel that was static. it stayed that way for a couple of weeks i guess but about a week ago i noticed it was completely gone and i haven't seen it since. interested to know whats goin on.

You can massage a dead pixel out sometimes, my guess is it's caused by a bad connection or something.

It happens. Just use an LCD cleaning wipes and try putting a bit of pressure on the pixel.

Not too much to damage the other pixels :D
