Microsoft Store missing after reset pc

Hello, hope someone can help me here.

i just did a reset on the ROG Zephyrus M GU502 and microsoft store didnt install

I've tried the powershell admin fix but it didnt work

I also tried creating a new account and running WSreset.exe in cmd but it didnt work.

 

I have also reset my pc 3x already 

 

Im running out of options here.

 

Running Windows 10 Pro
