Hardline Build Help

Hi All,

 

i am currently building my Hardline Tubing Setup and have a quick questions, for above the basement i have 12MM Acrylic tubing however i am passing this through into 1/2 inch normal tubing underneath the basement so i can hide the pump in the basement.

 

will changing from 10MM Inner Diameter to 1/2 inch flexi tube cause any issues with flow?
