1. Your motherboard supports at most 8 gigabytes of DDR2 667/800 memory.
2. Your motherboard will work with literally *any* PCI-E or PCI graphics card. However, since it's PCI-E 1.0, most GPUs from the past few years will be pretty bottlenecked.

Even the GT 1030 will be somewhat bottlenecked by your Q9300. I'd recommend you to save your money for a bit and buy a more modern budget build, as what you have now will struggle to run nearly any modern game you throw at it.

Ya I wouldn't go for a GT 1030 unless it's really cheap, you also have to make sure it's the GDDR5 verison.

Maybe look for an even cheaper GTX 750ti

Otherwise you can get a Ryzen APU PC for like $250 if you deal hunt and it'll be better overall.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

In my country ryzens are not very cheap. I think my psu is not enough for 750ti.

Is my psu enough?

Your specs are just barely above minimum specs for CS:GO. I understand that that's the only game you're going to be playing on it, but it's going to be a very bad experience for you. I'd recommend getting 2 more gigs of RAM and something like a GTX 750Ti. Again, I need to stress, this is going to chug pretty bad with these dated specs.

it's not going to use 75W all of the time, it's just that the 750ti is likely to be cheaper than the 1030.

It'll run CS:GO in any event.

here's a channel dedicated to low end hardware
