So,should i get a i5 9400f with a 1650,8gb ram,500gb hdd for 540 euros,or an i7 4770 gtx 1660 6gb,8gb ram,500gb hdd for 500 euros.There aren't as many new procesors so my options are limited,that and prices.I will play games at 1080p such as gta 5,pubg,csgo,bf1,fortnite,apex

im from kosovo,stuff here is either expensive or old,my best bet would be going with the i7 since it has a better gpu.

My budget is 500-540 euros,in euros
