Can't install UWP apps through Windows Store or Sideloading

I've tried everything Google tells me to do including reinstalling the store itself. Error is 0x800700B7

What does the Event Viewer says related to this error?

how do I know where it is in the event viewer

After trying a couple more things only certain apps wont install. Specifically the Windows Terminal
