Is this normal?

For 2nd gen Ryzen manually overclocked, most boards drop to idle clock and idle voltage only when doing nothing. Even a mouse movement will kick it max to max clock.

 

Is the BIOS revision outdated?

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

My 2700x always runs 4.1ghz, no matter what I do. I overclocked using the bios. 

 

So yeah seems totally bormal normal to me

I dont know, kts the one that was on there out of the box
