WTF IS THIS!!

I need to buy a new case but there's this little card that i don't want to mess with because I have no idea what it is. my computer is a prebuild HP Omen. If someone can tell me wtf this is, it would be a great help.

it may be some sort of rgb controller or front IO. Where do the cables go?

i see a usb header, sata ports it might be a front panel daughter card.

a wider picture would help.

If you have these, then it's definitely a hot swapable sata port.

You can ignore it in the new case.

I dont have swapable sata ports.

I think it may be. I cant really tell where they go since it just a jumble of wires down there but i think it goes to the mother board to some ports labeled LED and PWERBUTTON.
