Huh???

YOu know what, i think it was my fault and i a, didnt give it enof power, and b, didnt look for a stable overclock, just jumped straight to 15%

I was in the middle of a live chat with asus, and it just ended! What???? I didnt resolve my issue!

So anyone know why my fan speed on my card is varying when it is oced?

Obviously fan speed changes based on the temperature of the card itself, which varies depending on use. It should be nearly silent when web browsing but start being audible if you start gaming... Or did I read your question incorrectly?

I mean like i can hear it reving up and down. The sofwear says its always at 30% but it says the rpm is going nup and down. and i mean alot!

That's not normal at all if it's doing that constantly. Can you try to look at the temps for the cards? Try to look at the temps both in load (while playing a demanding game) and just when web browsing and doing other light tasks. 

Unfortunately Asus support is far from the best so you may have some trouble with them if you wish to return your card.

Have you tried backing off the overclock a bit? Card may be unstable 

Idk im back on with asus now. and its not oc'ed that much, just to 1000 mhz, 15%

Temps are fine, maxing out at 74 i think

What's the factory core clock, and what is your gpu model? 15% for the core is actually quite a bit, especially if the factory clock was already overclocked (for example a stock 760 comes in at 980mhz, but there are many factory overclocked models that are at 1.08 or even 1.11 ghz, and pushing it higher than that will probably make it unstable)
