Urgent, please help

So I've built the PC, everything is hooked up.. but I can't install Windows. I use the USB and I make it to the first initial screen where I need to click next and it freezes. I have the msi meg ace mb and the code is usually stuck on 68-70 which are initializations. I can't power off the PC with the button, I have to turn off the PSU. What do I do????

What version of windows?

Where did you create the boot media from?

Have you tried to recreate the media using the Windows Boot Creation tool?

maybe reseat everything? just to be sure first that you aren't having any potential poor connections between components
