Looking at replacing the PSU in my home server. I was looking at the PSU tier list but they're much higher wattage than what I need. Not really set on any budget.

CPU: 3570s (65w tdp)

4 drives (wd Red 5400 rpm)

24/7/365 uptime

I was thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 400w for expandability, but I will probably never put a processor in that consumes more than 80-90 watts. It will never need a GPU.

SFX form factor preferred but not necessary.

Corsair's SF units are all good, the 600W Gold unit practically clears platinum but you'll most likely be looking at the SF450, either gold or platinum is great.

Have you considered grabbing server power supplies that have the pinouts you need for redundancy or are you okay with a single PSU?

ATX side, RM550x seems like a decent choice, SuperNova 550W G2 if you can find one.

Last I checked amazon had a refurb rm650x for $50, which is a pretty good deal.

Daily Driver: Redmi Book Pro 14 - Core Ultra 7 155H | 32GB/1TB

Primary Desktop: NCase M1 - Ryzen 7 7800X3D/RX 6950XT | 32GB/2TB

Travel PC: Fractal Terra - Ryzen 7 5800X/RTX 3060 Ti | 16GB/1TB

I have too many computers. List here.

Thanks for the recommendations! I don't need power redundancy since it's not hosting anything that is critical. I'll look around on the used and refurb market to see if I can find any of these a little cheaper, but they are definitely what I was looking for.

The PSU Tier list should be a great resource as long as you have a budget in mind!
