4.1 idle

I am using this much at idle and i know this isn't good and i need help on how i should lower it. Should i enable XMP? i have tried and looked through memory and nothing besides discord chrome and steam but even then it stays the same doesn't go up when i use google or steam or anything. Not too sure what to do lol.

4.2 out of 32 is so small, I wouldn't even worry. You have plenty of free memory. Some of the memory might be for hardware resources, such as integrated GPU.

 

XMP only affects memory bandwidth and latency, not RAM usage.

Ah OK i'm still pretty new at computers and such so i'm still learning everything i can lol thank you though.
