Usb port issues

Hey guys

 

Since I reinstalled windows 7 and installed an ssd to my system, I've been having a really weird problem. Sometimes when I start up the computer, my connected usb things, will start flickering on and off, and when I reconnect them the drivers fail to install. After some reconnecting and restarting of the pc it starts working again...I really have no idea what the problem might be, I'd really apreciate an answer.

 

NOTE: All USB ports are being weird, the motherboards, and the front panel ones.

Have you made sure the USB drivers/controllers are installed? I had problems with mine untill I got all the Intel USB drivers/controllers and such.

Oh yeah, I haven't downloaded all the MOBO drivers yet! I really gotta try that, Thanks alot man!

Make sure you have installed all the latest Windows updates and your motherboard drivers from the manufacturers website.

Open device manager and check if you have any unknown devices.

if you do you need to find driver for them.

I look like you have not put on the chipset driver
