I am currently running an i5 4670k (OC to 4.5ghz).

My current GPU is a GTX 760 (in dire need of replacement).

I have a 550W PSU

I game on a 4k 60hz screen. I heard higher resolution have less issues with CPU bottlenecking.

I am thinking of getting a 5700XT or 2070Super, however if this would bottleneck my CPU I might go for 2060Super or 5700 instead.

if that happens, upgrade your cpu

That is exactly what I want to avoid. I want a €300-500  upgrade, but I dont want to turn that into €700-800. That is the reason why I am asking here for advice, I'm not made of money sadly.
