I currently have a Ryzen 7 2700 ROG STRIX 2070 A8G 2x8 Trident Z rgb 3000, ROG STRIX B450F Gaming Motherboard, 1 Seagate HHD, 240 Inland SSD. When playing games like GTA 5 I would get around 50-70 FPS with it sometimes dipping into the 30s, I currently have all the drivers updated with the memory clocked at 3000. When on CAM overlay it would read that my CPU and GPU temps are around 50C with the utilization at 30-60. The clock speed of the GPU would go to 1400-1900 and the clock speed of the ram would stay at like 1600 even though its clocked at 3200 on ryzen master. Most videos im looking at are russians that have the same build and can only find like 1 or 2 videos with the same GPU and CPU. Playing games like csgo and league it would all be on ultra settings but only get around 100-200 sometimes they would dip into the double digits. Looking at websites like gpucheck.com the fps average they got were no where closer to mine ranging from a 10 FPS difference to a 200 FPS difference on like CSGO and League. Looking at everything it seems to be a CPU problem where i got a faulty one or im just stupid and cant find a solution to something that can easily be fixed. Note: Some other games that i play like Apex and PUBG i can average around 90-100 at Ultra settings. Also for some reason in league of legends when i turn on MSI afterburner overlay or CAM the performance would go from 144 to 80

Is your motherboard bios up to date, are you overclocking any of you components? What resolution are you playing at?
