Keep trying passwords till you get it. Otherwise, you probably don't have much of a choice other than to use the erase HDD Data and Password option.

what is ultimate boot cd and hiren's boot cd pe? Can they help?

They're both diagnostic tools. They include things for testing things like RAM, drives, CPU stress tests, disk cloning/wiping, partition management, antivirus, etc...

Hiren's BootCD also includes some a tool for resetting Windows passwords, however that won't likely help you with your portable HDD's password.

So likely no, they can't help you.

For any encryption/password-lock:
If there would be a "turnkey solution" to recover acces, there's fair reason to ask why you'd have used the method to begin with ;)

While Hiren's is nowadays based off Windows 10 I am not aware of it being able to crack the (nowadays i would dare call it) standard bitlocker encryption without having the actual key; I'm affraid when it comes to different security measures the same thing applies if the method was secure at-all.

I must add though i have no experience whatsoever with the tool you're using, so in the case it's not as secure as it would suggest you may be in more luck.

Just to make sure; you've already made sure this isn't caused by i.e. defective keys/CapsLock?
