Whenever I try to install a graphics driver my pc crashes and I need to use a system image to get into windows. There is no other way to get it working other than deleting everything off my SSD and reinstalling windows.

Parts:

Ryzen 5 2400G

Asrock Ab350 pro 4

G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x4gb 3200 @2133

Adata XPG SX6000 128 Gb

XFX Radeon RX 580 8 Gb GTS Black Edition OC+

Evga 450 bt

I have tried the driver in the asrock all in one driver, and both options on the amd website but it is always the same, when the install bar reaches about 70 percent the screen blinks and goes to BSOD loop until it goes to the repair screen. This problem have only happened since I reinstalled windows. If it matters in UE4 games the screen blinks off for a second and then back on when in High Performance or Ultimate Performance power plans (Is this cause by the lack of driver or power problems). How do I fix this so I can install a driver.
