HELP(gtx 1050ti)

so i dont know if its a windows 10beta glitch but im pretty concerned that its my gpu, i was casually watching reviews of the rx5700/xt (coincidence)  but anyway i got black and white squares flashing up, i manged to pull up task manager to see what everything was doing and i got thsis. Is it time for me to buy an rx5700xt now or could i squeeze a little more life out of my card if its dying?  and yes i know my memory is horrible im upgrading rig later this year was hoping to not buy a card now and wait but might have tooimage.thumb.png.c98cfc99c1f1a0b42d75695087a13f1a.png
