Surveillance software for windows

Hello 

 

I want a software for windows (mostly free but paid ok if under $100AU) that can send alerts to my phone if motions is detected. Traditionally it would send alerts all the time even when you at home, is there a software that only send alerts if you arm the building with a keypad. Basically a SUPER ADVANCED version of Blue iris.
