Ryzen review release date/time?

Im a bit confused I thought the release date for the CPUs was today, is there a specific time when the official reviews will be allowed to be uploaded?

 

I havent seen diddly squat

Officially reviewers can't say when it will be up. Unofficially I've heard 9am Eastern which if I'm not mistaken is about 90 mins away, but apply salt as necessary.
