I have a i5 4690k with a h110 water cooler and a z97 motherboard with 16gb of ram. A r9 290 graphics card and a 620 watt power supply should i upgrade any of this

Maybe an used rx 570 or 580. That wont be a SUPER good upgrade but that r9 290 only got 4gb vram. While thats actually still pretty good, a new 570/580 with 8gb vram isnt just newer (better support, drivers an all other things) but also more vram which will help you in the future. It might not be faster but it can be a future proof upgrade if u happen to have money for it. If not, then its not needed.
