Broke a Drain pin

Im sadly to admit that I have broken a DRAIN pin on my motherboards USB 3.0 header(Usbs work fine). This pin has been broken since I built it in Janurary. This is a ground for the USB 3.0's shield drain. Which is apparently a safety precaution. This worrying me a lot because I dont know what will happen if this shielding is to become charged. Also I recently had a PSU die around 2 months ago, are these two possibly related?
