Hi, looking for some advice/recommendations.

I work on 3D modelling of buildings/construction projects using Autodesk Revit, and am looking to put together a system to use at home with similar abilities to my work rig. However, of course budget becomes much more of a consideration! I don't have a figure in mind per say, I just wanted to get some input on a good system for not silly money.

As a baseline, my work system performs admirably, even if it is a few years old now. Specs as below:
Xeon E3-1226 v3 (base clock of 3.3GHz, tends to sit at 3.6GHz)

32GB 1600MHz DDR3

Samsung 850 Pro 512GB

Quadro K2200

I seem to be able to find used Xeon E3-1226 for sub £100 online, and my research indicates that a Quadro P1000 is comparable to a K2200.

Can anyone offer suggestions or recommendations for such a system?

Am I barking up the wrong tree with what I'm looking for, would a mid-tier Ryzen be suitable?

Any input would be appreciated, note that I'm not looking to build immediately, rather doing some research into options.

Thanks
