Raspbeerry Pi Zero boot loop

Hi

When i try to launch my RPi the green LED flashes and screen flashes, but then it turns itself off and the process repeats.

I've tried  to change SD card and OS but nothing worked. Also I am quite sure that PSU is alright becouse it was able to turn on RPi 3B+.
