Unplug the two wd storage drives and only leave the OS drive plugged in to see if you can get it to boot.

I opened up my computer to unplug the storage drives and I found out the sata cable on my SSD somehow came loose and was not plugged in all the way, fixing that solved the issue. thanks for your help

Hello, I been having this issue after I restarted my PC where it says "reboot and select proper boot device." After that I went into my motherboard's bios and checked the boot drives and everything is correct. I have a Samsung SSD which is the drive with Windows 10 and then two wd hard drives for extra storage. Restarting seems to have no affect with this issue. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advanced
