What loop?

Inside the spoiler above i have included a picture. Do you mean the thing in the red rectangle, the power connectors for the GPU?

Do you mean the thing in the green rectangle, the power connector for the motherboard?
Do you mean the blue rectangle thing, the GPU fan, to keep it cool?

 

I assume you meant the first option, here it is from a different perspective:
