Ram Issue

Hey Guyz.

Sorry For my bad english..

 

For about two months i have changed 4 sticks of rams and i don't know what is killing my ram.. maybe my motherboard is killing it.. i have a dell precision t3500 and have two sticks of 4gb ram installed and each of them become faulty in every week or so.. i have changed the slots last time but it doesn't effect that now when i bought the ram i arranged them in very weird way that the computer shows the following error which is present in the picture i attached.. but i really wanna know that will it affect gaming performance that much? just wanna make sure that all of my 8 gigs are detected properly and are showing in the task manager too.
