games crashing

So lately I've been experiencing some issues while gaming. Once I start gaming it acts normally, but overtime (few minutes) it starts to framedrop very hard or crashes completely. I didn't have this issue beforen and I've already updated all my drivers and performed a clean boot. The games this happens in are: R6 siege and csgo. Does anyone know how to fix this?
