I know CPUs are made out of silicon, what exact parts of the CPU are?

Above is a de-lidded CPU (IHS removed). The shiny mirror like surface, is the actual CPU die, and is what is made of silicon. This is mounted on a PCB which is the green part around this die (and has other smaller components on it).
