CPU overclock

hi guys, as title sais i want to overclock my cpu and i have an amd a8 9600 is it possible to overclock it, i tried on bios but there is no option for cpu overclock theres only the option for memory

motherboard is a asrock ab350m bios version P 3.00

maybe i need to udate my bios since its preety old don't know

then how do i overlcock it, i tried amd overdrive too but if im not wrong its only for gpu and not cpu

and is it normal my cpu temperature is above 60 degree when im not playing

When these temps ( 81°C / 96°C ) WITHOUT playing/doing anything are true then there is absolutely no real room for OC. 
Maybe go and clean the cooler, check the paste. I dont know this CPU but that's some damn high temperature, and I guess it is throttling due to these temps.
