They won't raise the power bill at all if you're just swapping something already drawing power to PoE power. PoE can supply, on current specs, up to 30 watts of power. There are some new specs that allow for 60w to 100w but they aren't really out yet that I'm aware of. PoE only draws what it needs but budgets up to a certain amount to allow for extra power draw as needed but, just like a PSU, will only draw what's needed.

 

So unless you're plugging up a dozen new devices that will constantly pull 30watts 24/7 there is going to be no change in your power draw.
